Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer 

Brittany is an experienced business leader skilled in implementing strategies to increase revenue, results, and reputation with mission-driven organizations. As V3’s Cofounder and Chief Business Officer, Brittany develops strategy, optimizes operations, builds new markets, and designs programs to catalyze ventures.

 

Brittany leverages diverse experiences - from consulting Fortune 100 companies to achieve procurement and supply chain optimization to managing market development for a $200M government client portfolio to building a leading supplier diversity program - to bring a consultative and data-driven strategic approach to business problems.

 

Brittany graduated from Hampton University with a B.S. in Economics and Carnegie Mellon University with an MBA and M.S. in Public Policy & Management. With a concentration in economic development, Brittany developed a passion for working at the intersection of business and public policy to further economic inclusion, equity, and diversity.

 

A native of Lithonia, Georgia, Brittany loves to read (primarily nonfiction essays and romance novels!), attend live music events, travel, spend time with friends and family, and mother her two cats. When not doing work, you can find Brittany with Candace watching their favorite reality tv shows and plotting their next matching tattoos.

CANDACE WHEELER

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer

Candace is an award-winning, multimedia creative professional with a passion for crafting and discovering the stories of innovative leaders and their ventures.

 

She is a graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelors in Sociology and a Master’s in Journalism from New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. Candace’s work has been featured across media platforms including Creative Loafing Atlanta, The Village Voice, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, Marketplace and WABE-FM.

 

During her time as a journalist, Candace has covered issues of national and regional importance including affordable housing, transit equity, healthcare, the growing natural hair care industry, politics and government.

 

As V3’s Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, Candace leverages her media expertise to engage clients in a multi-prong strategic creative process which transforms their ventures in the areas of brand strategy, social media integration, consumer engagement, public relations, media training, crisis management and speaker coaching.

 

A native of Stone Mountain, GA, Candace enjoys all things unicorns, travelling, listening to live music, spending time with friends and family, supernatural romance novels and seeking the answer to the question: “can one planner help you keep track of all your to-do lists?”

 

When not doing work, you can find Candace with Brittany watching their favorite reality tv shows and plotting their next matching tattoos.
